Self Deception is a Stockholm based band with a great feel of high pulsed, modern rock. This quartet has attitude and is driven with a commitment of being one of Swedens top acts.
The band consists of four hard working tightly bound friends, with high ambition and a big passion for their music. Influenced mostly from the 90's like westcoast rock, grunge and hardrock.  

Self Deception has been filling venues around Stockholm for years.
During 2009 and 2010 Self Deception's debute album "Restitution" brought them great recognition. With a couple of singles on Swedish radio, both performing live on air and throughout the country, it is now finally time for the release of their highly anticipated second album called "Over the threshold"!
This album is a piece of gold and will without a doubt, wash over Scandinavia, and probably make Self Deception a household name in many other countries too.

2012:
January: Åre Rock Weekend with Three Minute Madness and Takida.
 Mars: Bandit All Ages tour with Young Guns and Lower Than Atlantis.
April: Finland tour.
